Come help clean a portion of the Santa Clara River… the longest free-flowing river and one of the last two natural river systems remaining in Southern California.
Be a part of the solution for a better environment by helping to preserve the river’s natural beauty and variety of wildlife.
Please wear sturdy shoes (NO SANDALS), appropriate clothing for walking in the riverbed, sunscreen, a hat, and bring a reusable water bottle to help cut down on plastic bottle waste.
Pre-Registration will be required but there is a convenient, web-based volunteer registration system. You will need to create an account first. If you have signed up for City Recreation classes, you may already have an account.
*If you need assistance with volunteer registration, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 661-250-3708.
Great photo opportunity of a popular community event!
