The only restriction is that the images submitted cannot be larger than 20x24”, print doesn’t have to be mounted but, if mounted, it cannot measure larger than 20 x 24”. Images do not need to be framed, however, if framed, it cannot be larger than 20 x 24”. You can print on any surface and images must be made by any photographic device.
